[cobalt-users] Cube2 user/group ID Error

One user on our Qube2 cannot access the Qube to retrieve their mail.
The following error message is received...

Password rejected. [SYS/TEMP] Failed to create
/var/spool/mail/.(username).pop with uid 395, gid 12. Change permissions.

I made sure her caps lock was off, it was. I then changed her password from
the administrators site (multiple times) and retried, but that was
ineffective.
Thinking it may be a cache quota problem I upped the accounts disk space
limit. Ineffective.
I then removed the user from the server and re-added them. Still
ineffective.

If anyone knows of a solution to this problem, please let me know. Thanks,
