I have a question about ListServ on a Cobalt Raq3. I
was wondering if a one-way ListServ has any issues
with certain characters getting translated. We
maintain three, one-way listservs, one each in
English, French, and Spanish veriion. On my current
host, all high ASCII characters get translated when a
message gets broadcast. This especially affects
accented characters which are common for us,
especially in the French and Spanish versions. Heres a
small sample. 

Acci=F3n por la Tierra
C=F3d. Postal Lagarrigue N=BA 218

Notice the "=F3" for an "o" character in Accion. I was
wondering if any one knew if this is fixed on a RAQ3.
