I have been getting these errors in my logs and I'm trying to figure out
what they mean and how to correct them:
Jan 30 22:15:01 dns1 imapd[19062]: Login failure user=Active_Monitor_69
host=localhost [127.0.0.1]
Jan 30 22:15:04 dns1 imapd[19062]: command stream end of file, while reading
line
user=Active_Monitor_69 host=localhost [127.0.0.1]
Jan 30 22:15:04 dns1 sendmail[19070]: NOQUEUE: Null connection from
localhost
[127.0.0.1]
Jan 30 22:15:04 dns1 in.qpopper[19069]: EOF from Active_Monitor_69 at
127.0.0.1
(localhost): [0] 2 (No such file or directory); 0 (Success)
Jan 30 22:15:04 dns1 in.qpopper[19069]: Active_Monitor_69 at localhost
(127.0.0.1): -ERR POP EOF or I/O Error: 2 (No such file or directory); 0
(Success)
These messages seem to occur every 15 minutes in my logs.
Also, I used to have some domains on this Raq3 box using IP address of
192.168.0.* and something is still trying to call them up:
Jan 30 22:01:49 dns1 sendmail[18505]: gethostbyaddr(192.168.0.11) failed: 1
Jan 30 22:03:09 dns1 sendmail[18505]: gethostbyaddr(192.168.0.30) failed: 2
Jan 30 22:04:29 dns1 sendmail[18505]: gethostbyaddr(192.168.0.31) failed: 2
These domains have been replaced with new IP addresses but there seems to be
something that is still trying to refer to them with the old IP addresses.
Thanks!
