[cobalt-users] ftp home directory

Hi,

Most of the users of the virtual site that we host ask me to logging 
directly to the /web directory instead of /users/***.  Right now I'm doing 
this by editing manually the passwd file.  But i'm sure there a easier way 
to do this, i can set the cobalt to set each new users with /web as the 
home directory instead of /users/?
