It can provide you server wide stats and or per site stats. I think it's
best for serverwide stats myself and I don't use it for per site stats as
it's not that helpful on a single site basis.

It requires the installation of a few other programs and it's my
understanding that it breaks the gui when you install gd. I haven't
confirmed this however.

I can install it for you or you can install it using "telnet". You just
have to complie about 5 packages and make sure you don't break anything.
You control the output by editing /etc/webalizer.conf and you can copy this
file to another name and run webalizer -c MyConfFile.conf.
The conf controls where the output goes and knows where the log file is and
contains various tweeks you can do to get a report you like.
Should only take a couple of hours to setup.
