well, i have a similar problem.
i DID read the faq/raq and went through it all, but no dice.
correct permission, location, etc... so...

when i go to http://sitename/cgiwrapDir/cgiwrapd/script, i get this:

CGIWrap encountered a system error:
 When: Cannot change to user's CGI directory via chdir()!
 Error Message: Permission denied
 Error Number: 13

Does anyone have any idea? thanks in advance.
