I did some looking in my local ISP
there is a /usr/cgi-bin that contains all of the "universal scripts" that
I never have to load into my area.

They are using BSDI and the directory and the scripts are
owned by www with www as the group.   www is listed in groups as
84

So, if someone can translate that into cobalt-ese, we might have a
reasonable starting point.

I jest ain't swift enuf to do it, appliance operator that I am.
