Nice set of web stats for each VH on your machine, something the RaQ?s lack 
by default. There are already stats built-into the GUI, but they're somewhat 
limited. Webalizer is a log-analyzing program, which simply provides 
additional data/graphs about the traffic on your box <VH's>...

Pro: good site reporting/stats
Con: sometime problematic with FP sites <fix available>

You can roll your own, or install one of the 2-3 packages floating around
