If they have their own IP addy, they can just use that to view their files.
If they don't, here's what you do:
Go into the Site Settings and in Web Aliases, add in
theirname.yourdomain.com
(For example, if their site is widgets.com and your domain is nickhost.com,
it would be:
widgets.nickhost.com)

Then go into Control Panel/DNS and add an A record for:
theirname.yourdomain.com  --> whatever your virtual site IP is.

Save changes, type in http://theirname.yourdomain.com and you're good to go.
