I want to create a recurring backup using the Qube2 GUI option:(All server
configuration, email and user files)to a group folder in the Qube2. Then I
plan to back that folder up to a tape drive daily.
In GUI, the choices for location are based on the options below:
Enter the location for the chosen backup method.
Example FTP: user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Example Anon FTP: ftp.domain.com/incoming
Example NFS: server:/share, Example SMB: user@\\windowspc\share
I have not been able to apply a location address for NFS or SMB.
Question: Can anyone please tell me which file transfer method to use (NFS
or SMB)?
file server and folder name preference is: //s1/staff_backup/server
