Not that it's much easier, but you could just go into each site's Site
Settings and type in the correct info. The fields stay open so you can make
changes; they don't get hard-coded like the Home site on the machine does.
Doing it through the GUI like this will also make the appropriate changes in
the symlinks in /home/sites and all of the changes in the Email Parameters.
You'll have to fix any DNS screw-ups he may have done one at a time, though;
changing a site's name through the GUI doesn't change it correspondingly in
the DNS Parameters. :(
