Dear Babu

Thank you for your response! I have checked the passwd and
shadow files, and they seem to be OK. I can modify and add
users from the command tool without any problem. But I can't
add or modify users using the Cobalt RaQ 4 web based interface,
it always comes up with the error: "The password file is locked".
