Randall,
I have installed MySQL and PHP on several RAQ3's with no problems. I always
follow the instructions on the following page, in the same order they're
listed.
http://list.cobalt.com/pipermail/cobalt-users/2000-August/017629.html
The filenames/versions on that page are a little old, but the same order
still applies and works fine. If you don't need MySQL, just skip the first
few steps that include MySQL.
Hope this helps.
