I spent a few years working for a large company.  A major mortgage bank;
in fact at the time it was the largest independent mortgage bank in the
U.S.

So I know a bit about what it's like to work for a large company.

A lot of politics.  A lot of limitations on what you can and can't say
to the outside world.  A lot of being scared to say something to the
outside world.

I'd guess Cobalt is at least a bit like that.
