In researching the ProFTPD site I found that rc2 which was the latest FTP
patch for the RAQ2 has a problem corrupting large files. The fix is to
recompile using --disable-sendfile
Not sure how to approach this. Have sent an email to Cobalt asking for
advise. Hopefully they will produce a patch. This is easily reproducable.
Upload and download are occuring via FTP.
