Hi Diane,
I installed and tested Urchin (www.urchin.com). They released a very stable
beta two weeks ago. Final is soon to come. You can test it out free of
charge til the end of March.
It's not for free though, but if you're an ISP with many customers, you'll
love the setup. You can customize it easily via webbrowser. The only thing
you should do is to uncomment the last entry on the logrotate.d files for
each site in /etc/logrotate.d/siteX.
#/home/sites/siteX/logs/web.log {
# missingok
# compress
# size 5M
#}
Urchin creates a logfile a day and archives it, if requested.
Your customer have access to the stats (it's all webbased and rotates
everyday) in a protected are. It has its own built-in user- and
group-management. Support is very good and friendly.
They have a demo on their site.
Regards
Cédric
