[cobalt-users] phppgadmin access to backend postgres

I have set up the backend postgres database to allow me to use it.  I want
to connect with phppgadmin, but get a connection error.  Has anyone
successfully used phppgadmin on the backend and if so how was it set up.
Does the postmaster run on the default port or another one?  I can
succefully log in to postgres from the command line.
