Hello James,
no, we don't enable ssl for all sites, you have to turn on SSL for those
sites where you want them to run SSL...
We also support Equifax certificates and PHP4+MySQL.
PHP4 and MySQL is also available for the regular Web-server
(non-ssl) after installation.
