I have a Raq2 as well and you do need to compile it from the source files
located at
http://www.php.net/
http://www.php.net/downloads.php

and
http://www.mysql.com/
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/index.html

You shoud compile both from the source.... Read the instructions that are
included in the download and you need to install MySql first.

I have not done Ver 4 yet.
