Our list of items that *NEED* to be fixed then:
* Non-shadowed passwords
* Broken GUI for firewall administration
* Update to ipchains
* Update to 2.2.16 kernel at least
* Add space to root partition (how much?)
* Better FrontPage extensions support
* Better Backup

True. But still, several of the things we discuss here are
rather basic. The firewall was a big reason I bought the
thing, and I didn't count on spending 25 hours of my time
(rather than billing said time at $100/hour) figuring out
ipfwadm by myself, damnit. Adding insult to injury, that
knowledge isn't going to be all that useful to me since
every other machine I'll ever work with will use ipchains
or more modern stuff.
The kernel update would be great for stability and would not
impact any normal users.
