Well they have too many blocks so you can add pacbell.com and then everybody
at pacbell can send mail through your cobalt or you can call PacBell and get
a static ip and just put that ip in there.... You can narrow it down by
"telneting" into your server and typing "finger" and then doing a nslookup
on the domain that came up.... But that may change often for you...
You can also just send your mail using the information pacbell supplied you.
(Within their limits)
