It is but you can work on it if you know what you're doing.
You should get the "sendmail" (O'Reilly) book. However if you do NOT
understand /etc/virtusertable, then you shouldn't be playing with it.
And my guess is that the upgrade did something, but probably NOT to
/etc/virtusertable.
What upgrade was it?
Can't your tech support help you? It seems as if they'd be responsible,
since it was the upgrade they sent you that caused the problem. We can
help, but we charge hourly.
