[cobalt-users] "Can't read dir of './Forsales'

I had to reinstall mysql on Raq4.( I had copied the old databse data dir  to
a backup dir. I ran the uninstall script.)
Now I have some of my dbs connecting and some not? Example:
I can connect to 'Markets' database (via phpmyadmin) but not the 'Forsale'
database. I get the error "Warning: Unable to save MySQL query result in
/home/sites/....."
I get this error from mysql via telnet;  "Can't read dir of './Forsales'
(Errcode: 13)" when I log in as root and try to Show Tables.

I think the problem databases may have only been setup originally with one
user allowed to access them. If this is the case, how can I reset those
privileges??
