Doug I had the same problem.  You have to use FrontPage or FTP.  If you FTP
your site up or use FTP it destroys the FrontPage extensions.  To fix the
problem you have to delete the FrontPage extensions (eaiser to delete the
whole thing), install FrontPage extentions, them publish page using
FrontPage.

Additionally, I installed FP extensions on a virtual web site on my RaQ4.
When I display the site, the box is checked and I did have to specify the
webmaster password. But when I attempt to publish from FP, I get a message
that the web site does not have FP extensions installed. Does anyone have a
idea of what would be causing this? Thank you.
