Today alcom.co.uk is totally out, none of our RAQs are responding; couldn't traceroute beyond 212.47.66.13. Poor support, doesn't pick up the phone. Does any one have RAQs with them then chase them.
Can anyone traceroute to raq##.alcom.co.uk and let me know the result please? where raq## is between raq7 and raq120
