No, please do not.
This is actually the way that mailing lists are supposed to work. The idea
is, that the Reply-To: header can work the same as the FollowUp-To: header
works on the USENET.
I.e. if a wrote a message like:
"I just created a nifty little script that I want to share with the world.
Please email me offlist for a copy."
Then I would set the Reply-To: header to point at my personal address. This
way, noone will inadvertenly post to the list.
