I have experienced this problem, once after a reboot and just after
deleting a site or adding a virtual site. The way I see it, Cobalt has
for sure built in their own technical request failures. In fact, I have a
programmer looking into the OS. Perhaps the move to Sun was the
wet blanket on the fire.
