This IS an apology... to John Baine.
Being that I had just gotten off of the phone with Robert Marsh and was so
mad, I flipped open my email program to tell you all of how Marsh had
threatened to sue me before any actions were taken, and saw that John Baine
had written me a letter. I was already typing, and mistakenly typed John
Baine rather than Robert Marsh.
(One of those things where you're reading and typing at the same time and
end up typing what you read.)

John, my SINCEREST apologies. I am very, VERY sorry for typing your name in.
What can I do to make it up to you?
