Jens,
I'm sure I don't have a reply-to set in my posts. Yet when they appear
on the list, there's a reply-to field set.
Here's the reply-to I found in YOUR post; the one I'm replying to now:

Note that the list inserts headers, including a reply-to.
This is my SECOND reply to this list; I DID set reply to
jblists@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Let's see what we see when we look at the
headers.
