Check your DNS entries closely. it appears that you set up a mail.clarc.com
entry when that may not have been necessary.
Make sure your mail client is looking at www.clarc.com and not
mail.clarc.com . That could be where the problem is.
Unless of course you set up a mail.clarc.com domain entry. In that case
change the MX record to point to mail.clarc.com instead of www.clarc.com
