Just my two cents (I am not a Rackshack client) worth, they are owned by
Everyone's Internet here in Houston, EVI is one of Houston's top ISP's. I
sincerely doubt that EVI is running a "scam", they have a great reputation
here in Houston (eventhough I compete with them on the isp side). I wouldn't
hesitate to do business with them.
