On a RAQ4 (not sure about a RAQ3) - under "Control Panel" there is a section for "Time" where you can set an NTP (Network-Time-Protocol) server that should keep your clock VERY accurate.

You can find a list of publicly available NTP servers at: http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/servers.htm
