I'm sure it's all over the map, but I'm curious about what people typically
see in colo agreements.
One place I'm looking at says in their contract that it's a one year
minimum term (payable monthly) that renews to another one-year term. To my
thinking, the way to keep customers is by providing good service, not by
chaining them contractually.
