Another thanks to Carrie for her LONG answer.  With your permission 
Carrie (please reply privately) I'd like to judiciously use portions 
of your explanation on my FAQ pages I'm developing so that I can 
explain to clients how we can manage:

1. web sites

2. troublesome clients (I come from Canada where we abhor the use of 
guns, especially handguns, so the stick sounds more effective and 
plausible) -- Have any of you considered charging your clients 
$100/hr for 'teaching' them?  Amazing how quickly a bill for $500 
will get their attention!!!  That's my version of a STICK  :-)

3. FTP and FP rights.
