[cobalt-users] Can´t log-in to 3part webmail.

I have discovered an problem with use of a webmail service called http://www.organizer.net/nd/index.jsp?organizerlanguage=UK
The problem is that a lot of my customers using this service while travelling. Then I setting up new accounts with my raq4,
its not possible to log into the service. And that is delaying me with the transfer from the old server.

Ie: 

On the old (linux) server I stille have the VH domain www.thebasepoint.com and I have created an example account :

virtual alias : ri@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx    
user          : theba500
pwd          : bajaser1

Its no problem logging in with the alias ri@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 


On the new server under the maindomain www.properformance.no I have created the account :

virtual alias : ri@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
user           : proper07
pwd           : bajaser1


Try log-in with the ri@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and you will see no success.


But then I logging-in with the account name proper07@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I getting in, but thats no help to have it this they.

I belive this is some simple setup I have done wrong.
But I don´t know.
