Yes.

The web interface will do.
The first site needs: hostname set to "www" and the sitename to
"domain.com" while the second site needs: "hostname set to "www" and the
sitename to "name.domain.com".
You need A records in DNS for the following:
domain.com
www.domain.com
name.domain.com
www.dname.domain.com
And that ought to do it.
