[cobalt-users] error in accessing siteadmin

I have a customer that is getting the following error message while trying
to access her siteadmin. She types in:

www.mallportal.com/siteadmin and gets the following:




While trying to retrieve the URL: https://www.mallportal.com:81

  The following error was encountered:

  a.. ERROR 700 -- The proxy-cache server is not configured properly for
  SSL/SNEWS or other tunnelling requests.
  This means that:

  Please contact your system administrator.


Any ideas anyone 

I can get in fine through my windoze pc so it's probably not a site issue I
believe
