Hi Rick !
I would suggest a little different approach to the mail server which works just fine on our RaQ and
gives the customer an extra nice feeling ;-)
Just add their own mail server like: mail.customerdomain.tld
Then you had 3 entries to make:
customerdomain.tld
www.customerdomain.tld
mail.customerdomain.tld
and the mail should be pointed to the high priority mail server at mail.customerdomain.tld
This way every customer has his 'own' mail server (POP only) which might make them happy, and it will
make you happy, since it works ;-)
Good luck
Thomas
