Yes, find & replace is a godsend!!
I highly recommend UltraEdit (www.ultraedit.com). I still haven't hit a
limit of how many pages I can have open in it at one time (and I've had a
LOT in it) and the find/replace tool works wonders for a time-tight
situation.
I do all of my hand-coding in it. Html, Php, everything. I also have it set
as my default text editor, rather than Notepad (ugh).
