[cobalt-users] Error converting vanilla group to shadow group in gui

I am recieving an error:

"Can not convert shadow group to vanilla group"

when adding a new virtual site now.

I aasume this has to go with the postgres database because the virtual is
created, but not listed on the main screen of the gui.  I can still edit the
virtual through the admin by typing the address manually.

Does anyone know how to diagnose this problem or would I be better
reinstalling the cobalt OS.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
