First of all, remember to search the archives. I don't know if this
question has been answered in the past, so I'll throw my two cents in.
You can use Analog, http://www.analog.cx/, with Report Magic,
http://www.reportmagic.com/, but it was a pain to setup (atleast for me). I
definately recommend using Webalizer if you want a basic stats package. The
RAQ4 PKG file from http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com/ will automatically install a
PERL script in cron to create stats for all virtual sites.
I think analog has more features, but it wasn't worth the setup to me.
