[cobalt-users] raq4 chmod

After installing all of the updates, i ran into the fact that the proftpd was replaced, leaving any
unique ips out to dry because it replaced it with a default copy of the config file (this was the
update right around dec 20th, i installed it on the 28th)

now i noticed i cant chmod a script, anyone else have a raq4, got the same problem? how do i fix
it??
