I found the problem if anyone is interested... Exchange Server is set by
default to deliver attachments as MIME, which cobalt servers seem to accept
just fine, but which Hotmail and Yahoo servers seem to balk at... changed
the attachment format in exchange to UUENCODE and all was well.
