I had the same problem on my server...

The problem is apparently a DNS error

ie in the dns. the www record MUST be an A record pointing to the IP address
of the virtual site...
Generally, www is a CNAME record, but if you make it a CNAME record, cobalt
does Not accept it!

Hence, contact whoever has created your dns entries and ask them to change
the www record from a CNAME record to an A record pointing to the IP
address... That should solve the problem !
