Okay, this lets me see the output of contact.html on my browser, and
also lets me see the source code.
When I look at the source-code for contact.html I notice it's
double-spaced. Is that because you actually composed it with extra
"enter" keypresses between each line, or because you forgot to upload it
to your RaQ as ASCII? If you upload a pl file as binary rather than
ASCII, it won't work.

When I look at the sourcecode for mailer.pl, I don't see an perl code
file at all; I see a file that outputs the error message you're getting.

And I can't see if you've got permissions or ownership right, because I
don't have telnet or ftp access.
Make sure a real perl file exists, has been uploaded as ascii, is owned
by whoever owns the directory (admin now, but later may be someone
else), and is chmod to 755.
