It's not mine, and if it were, I'd probably want to sell it; it's a very
useful addition to a RaQ. I found it mentioned in a previous post
within the last day or two, and used it as an example of what someone
would need to do. You can search for "mysampledomain.co.uk" in the
archives, find the original post, and write directly to see of the
authors are willing to share it.
