Hi,
I have a weirdo problem. We have a username, say "foo", password "bar". This
password was set using the passwd command from root because that user forgot
their password. They have been able to logging using this new password via
ssh and ftp, and have changed it so it is now a password of their own
choice. Still everything is normal... except that since root reset the
password, they cannot access http://www.theirdomain.com/admin ... it just
refuses to accept the password. (I can however login using the admin
username and password on the same url).
I've tried logging in as admin and changing their password via the GUI
interface instead of passwd from root, and still no change.
Does anybody have any ideas before I start playing with the /usr/adminserv
files ;)
Many thanks in advance,
Nic
