[cobalt-users] emumail.fcgi CPU usage RAQ2

I installed Emumail sometime back but never set it up for use. I noticed
that I was having higher cpu usage (2.3 gui) than normal, this is what I
found:

 12:24pm up 24 days, 2:19, 1 user, load average: 1.20, 1.20, 1.15
44 processes: 41 sleeping, 3 running, 0 zombie, 0 stopped

emumail.fcgi was spiking the cpu up to 52% on real regular intervals. I
uninstalled it and of course the cpu just idles now even with over 100
sites, some heavily traveled.

Any ideas why emumail was using so many cpu cycles even though it was not in
use (no webmail pages were setup)?
