But I had a look in my srm.conf file and there are the following three
lines:

Action cgi-wrapper /cgiwrapDir/cgiwrap
#AddHandler cgi-wrapper .cgi
#AddHandler cgi-wrapper .pl

Is this maybe the problem? Should I uncomment the two last lines? If yes, do
I have to restart httpd?

I wouldn't uncomment them, Marc. The scripts should function perfectly well with cgi-wrap fully activated and without using those addhandlers to get around it (which is basically what they do).

I'm assuming that you followed my suggestions on permissions in my last post?

If those didn't work, just send me the configuration sections of the scripts off list and let me take a look at what's there.
