Sorry about the lack of references. I try to help where I can,
and what I wrote about chrooted environments is the limit of
my current knowledge. If I had need of such things, I would now
start reading man pages, info docs, and STFW until I found the
right thing. I assume that reading the docs for the various
shells (bash, tcsh, etc.) would be a reasonable starting point.
I offer references when I have them; if I don't, I can't.
